random brain droppings

Domain names. What a mess. It should be simple; it used to be simple.

I bought a domain name from Apple and a WordPress account from Apple. After several weeks, I have surrendered: the one will not point to the other. And, oh, that is a long frustrating, technical conversation that I shall not share. There are not enough random obscenities in my vocabulary for an adequate description.

I bought a second domain name from WordPress and -Voila! – the new domain name connects here. http://www.janepknox.com <– Simple, and direct.

Step three….. I need to write something worth reading, learn how to post photos, and consider enabling comments. I suspect that is another long, deep rabbit hole of rage; but that’s a rant-fest for another day.
